Which bands/musicians are the closest analog to your sound?

That's actually a really sensitive topic for the band. Can't really get into it, I'm sorry.

Do you have a shared artistic ethos?

Absolutely! You know, we're always really kind of remembering, what it means, what the point is... and out of that comes a sort of reprieve and it's like "OK, but why?" and then you serendipitously land on it [spreads hands] "ethos"... and then you know by not knowing. It's a practice of knowing and unknowing the known.

... can you elaborate on that? I'm not sure...

You know that song, you know: "Lamborghini Mercy"... Our artistic vision is to definitively answer, you know, how does a car do that? How does a car exude a human quality like that - mercy, forgiveness... et al. It's a radical proposition.
